A nice, steady and clean bedroom is very much helpful for falling asleep fast and quickly. You should follow the below steps to make your bedroom ready:

  • Make the bathroom clean, tidy and fresh. Make sure that air and light can pass through your room. Alter your bed cover, pillow cover weekly and make them clean. Letting the fresh air go through your room is very effective. Don’t put any disturbing objects around you.
  • Don’t put any computer, mobile, laptop, desktop or any other electronic device in your room. These make the room an entertainment place rather than a sleeping place. Sometimes they distract you when the sleep is most needed for you.
  • Stop using any electronic device before an hour of sleeping.
  • If you are a clock watcher and the sound of clock disturbs you, then put away it.

  • You can use an eye mask. If you are not used in this, then you won’t have to.
  • Go to the bathroom before going to sleep. It is much irritating to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.
